Our vision is to empower Mamas and Mamas-to-be to live authentically.
Our mission is to provide the space for women to listen to and act on their inner wisdom with confidence through Health & Wellbeing Coaching and various holistic healing modalities. By hosting intentional gatherings. and retreats, Mighty Mama Wellness will ignite a life of purpose, passion, and joy for the Mamas of the world while creating a strong community and spreading the love through philanthropic endeavors.
Who we serve
Mamas:
Any soul who identifies as a woman and plays a motherly role in their life. A Mama has a vital hand in raising another human and knows that living her own life of joy and wellbeing will make her home and this world a better place for generations to come.
Mamas-to-be:
Any soul who identifies as a woman and intends to identify as a mother some day. A Mama-to-be knows that now is the time to prioritize her healing, her growth, and her community. When the time comes, she’ll be ready to embrace motherhood with the support of her village along with self-trust, self-compassion, and self-love.
What we do
Whether it be through our intentional gatherings, retreats, or à la carte one-on-one or group experiences, we empower Mamas & Mamas-to-be to listen to their own intuition and confidently live into the life they choose to live. We offer:
Health Coaching, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Guided Imagery, Expressive Writing, & Sensual Movement.
We pay the Mama Magic forward by donating 5% of proceeds to orgs nominated by you!
Why we do it
We see too many mothers dimming their light and making sacrifices for others, but studies have proven that when women thrive, their families and communities bloom. When Mamas invest in their wellbeing, they are consequentially making this world a better place for all. We want to support that journey and collectively create a brighter future for generations to come.
